I am very proud that this work, “Dissociating the Role of the Dorsolateral and Ventrolateral Prefrontal Cortex in Cognitive Control in Depression: A Combined HD-tDCS and fNIRS Study,” has been published in Brain Topography. This study represents an important step in disentangling the distinct contributions of prefrontal subregions to cognitive control and depressive symptomatology, combining neuromodulation and functional neuroimaging. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a more mechanistic understanding of depression and to share this work with the scientific community.
