Reflection on the learning and competencies: Attending the 6th European Conference on Brain Stimulation in Mental Health in Lisbon was an inspiring experience. I had the chance to learn about the latest advances in non-invasive brain stimulation techniques, particularly their applications in treating mental health disorders like depression. Connecting with experts in the field and discussing new approaches gave me valuable insights that I’m excited to apply in my own research. This conference reinforced my commitment to advancing brain stimulation as a tool for improving mental health care.
